Born out of Titin KM Biomedical.
TKM Labs is the clinical arm of Titin KM Biomedical, a medical device company on a mission to redefine shoulder rehabilitation. Titin KM Biomedical engineered the Humero Tech C1®, a patented device that delivers continuous, omnidirectional resistance and captures real-time performance data, all in a single platform.
TKM Labs was opened to help elevate the experience of shoulder rehabilitation and attempt to optimize the outcomes from injury.

The Problem
Our founders saw the same pattern across thousands of shoulder rehab visits: subjective testing, single-planar exercises, and outcomes that depended too much on who was in the room.
Titin KM Biomedical
TKM Labs developed from Titin KM Biomedical, a medical device company responsible for creation of the Humero Tech C1®.

Bringing Advanced Technology to Shoulder Rehabilitation.
Most physical therapy clinics still rely on subjective testing, exercise equipment with too many limitations, and protocols that aren't based on objective data. Clinics need to progress. Patients deserve better.
We're here to change that with innovative therapeutic tooling and movement data, delivered by clinicians who specialize in nothing but the upper extremity. Faster recoveries, fewer reinjuries, and clear answers to the question every patient asks: "Is my arm actually ready?"
- Objective data gathered with each use of the device
- Continuous, omnidirectional resistance through exercise completion
- Specialist clinicians focused only on the shoulder and elbow
- A model designed for collaboration between the entire medical team
The principles that drive every visit.
Data Over Opinion
Decisions about your arm should be backed by objective measurements, not guesswork.
Specialist, Not Generalist
The shoulder and elbow are our specialty. Depth beats breadth in orthopedics.
Innovate the Standard
If the current standard of care isn't good enough, we build a better one.
Patient Partnership
Recovery is a team sport. You get the data, the plan, and the explanation behind it.
